Great time, they have really stepped up their game with all the competition in town. Definitely a favorite spot! Must try the Jacky Roll.

Came in For My daughter’s Birthday Dinner and they made it unforgettable. It was so much fun and the food was delicious server was on top of everything. Can’t wait till be back. The Chef was The best. He definitely went above and beyond

This place still hasn't lost any childhood wonder! The only difference is, now I can drink sake. They are so beyond sweet & accommodating here. Not to mention, the food is incredible. It's always fresh, always delicious, and never once in the years we've been coming here for both hibachi & sushi has it been disappointing! I'm vegan, and they take extra precautions to ensure I have non cross-contaminated dishes, which is truly going above & beyond most restaurants. For hibachi, they prepared my vegan dish (which was amazing) in the back, so it wouldn't be mixed with anything else. They even made sure to bring it out at the same time the other food was ready so I could dine with everyone else. For sushi, their displays are nothing short of romantic. We adore this place & know you will too!

We took a party of 10, elderly to toddler age, and everyone had a blast. Amazing food - and a lot of it! Everyone loved the meal. The real standout is their service, though. They make it such a fun experience. It's everyone's favorite places to go now. For the quality and quality of food, and for the incredible service they provide, it seems like incredibly reasonably priced.

We had a great first time experience here, and we will be back. We enjoyed the vibrant energy from the chef At the hibachi table. We also got to meet some people that were sitting at the hibachi Table with us that had been there numerous times before, and they were having a birthday which made the experience a little bit more exciting.

We thought we would venture out and finally try our neighborhood sushi place. We had heard good things about Mt. Fuji. And we are so, so happy to discover a true local gem. We decided to opt for sushi this time but will definitely return for the hibachi next time. We were out for a quick, laid-back date night on Friday and ordered a few sushi rolls. Thinking the rolls would show up on a couple trays, we were beyond excited when we received a sushi boat instead. What a presentation! The sushi boat was complete with flowers and dry ice smoke that added to the amazing platter of rolls. The sushi was high quality, delicious, and well-constructed. Mt. Fuji staff are all very pleasant and quick to assist. We give big kudos to the sushi chefs/artists in the back as well. Several other tables were served amazing looking dishes, even saw a whale dish and a spiral staircase of sushi! Great place, decent prices, friendly staff, and a pleasant surprise. We'll be back!

This place rose above my already high expectations for a sushi place. I sat at the sushi bar and they immediately greeted me with a complimentary sushi appetizer, once I placed my order I watched them put together the amazing presentation of my meal, check out the video! The sushi was fresh, with bright flavors and delicious. Every bite blew me away! I will be back soon!

Me & my family stopped here for late lunch after shopping around castle rock. We were hosted by a server from Indonesia. He was very sweet & helpful. When I mentioned that I am a vegeterian, it was so sweet of him to mention that the tofu curry I ordered had beef stock. He mentioned that I can order it in all veg too. He helped me to choose my order as well. We had a good conversation with him about Indonesia & Nepal. The service is awesome & quick, food is great.
